In the final episode of series 1, Cameron meets Joss McGregor at the Braemar Gathering arena and Duke of Rothesay Pavilion. On the western side of the Park, Keith Taylor reflects on his decades-long experience as an outdoor instructor and business owner. Cameron also meets members of Kingussie Shinty (Camanachd) Club to learn about the rules and history of the sport.

Storytelling | Highland Folk Museum, Yellow Welly Tours and Secret Strathspey
Cameron visits the Highland Folk Museum in Newtonmore where he meets Liz English and Helen Pickles. He then travels to Braemar for a Yellow Welly Tour with Simon Blackett. Later, Cameron drives to Castle Roy in Nethy Bridge for a Secret Strathspey adventure with Marcus Caldwell.

Nature and Outdoor Activity | E-Bike Safari, Forest Bathing and Cairngorm Reindeer
Cameron travels to Crathie for an e-bike safari with Wild Discovery and E-Guide Scotland, Grantown-on-Spey for forest bathing and Glenmore to meet Tilly Smith and the Cairngorm Reindeer.
Key facts: The Cairngorms National Park is home to one-quarter of Scotland's native forest; one-third of the UK land above 600 meters; more breeding waders than the whole of Wales and a quarter of the rare and endangered species in the UK. More than half the surviving Caledonian forest, including the largest remaining remnants, can be found in the Park.
