“I've never read the books, so am new to the series. The show was captivating, but they threw a lot at me at once, and listening to this podcast helped me sort out who was who, relations, motivations, and added some interesting commentary that was relatively spoiler-free for folks like me. They do wander off into other topics a bit as well (quite a bit in the first episode, as it was taken from a different podcast), but really, what podcast doesn't? Overall, they seem to be a bunch of pleasant fellows.”
