Beckerachi ,

Genuinely Get It

As someone with ADHD, it’s hard to put into words what feels so normal. The hosts are able to creatively describe their experiences, thoughts and feelings in a way that helps me feel understood, sometimes too understood.

Seattlejwl ,

So precise and helpful!!

Love this podcast, Catie and Erik are great at explaining the experience of ADHD in ways that people who dont have it can start to get it. It has been so helpful to help my partner understand the cosmic storm of my brain xD. Thank you guys!!!!

Tahsbart ,

Great podcast…a suggestion…

Would love if y’all delved into Adhd and the world of meds (stimulants and otherwise). Would be good if you brought in a guest too because it would nice to hear a few different experiences. I find that in social media, people will talk about how adhd affects their lives and day to day activities, but it’s never clear if they are operating w/ or w/o medication. For example, “superpower” of hyperfocus. Yes I hyperfocus for sure… but it’s more of a thing I do on my stimulant. If i haven’t taken my adderall , it’s. hard for me to have interest or focus on anything at all. So I’m always curious when people talk about hyperfocus if they are on meds or not. But they never say.

Ok that’s it! Thanks for the show and support!
