Change Islands has been without a nurse for over two years - and as winter approaches, people there are getting even more concerned about what that means. We spoke with Paula Flood, the mayor of Change Islands and a first responder.

The university of Oregon has a pilot project testing ways to harness energy from ocean waves, because it could end up being a more efficient method of producing green power than wind or solar. Burke Hales is lead scientist on the project. He spoke with CBC's Leigh Anne Power.
