“I want to start off by saying that I started watching WWE when I was 7 in 1999 (which was when you debuted, Lilian! I know you’ve talked about how you weren’t that great at announcing when you started, but I have no memories of that time. I only remember how amazing you were at it and how incredible it was to hear you sing the National Anthem every time I got to go to Raw at Madison Square Garden!
I want to personally thank you for all of the hard work you put into this podcast. Not only is it inspiring to hear the most fascinating stories, but you’re also very inspirational to me as well. I am an aspiring journalist who aspires to interview individuals on their incredible stories the way you do. The way you form your questions are very smart. You’re able to really inspire your guests to open up when they probably wouldn’t otherwise. They feel safe opening up to you and that’s what it’s about. That’s what I aspire to be.
Thank you for giving us such amazing content during these crazy times, and thank you for all the amazing memories growing up as a WWE fan (and still a lifelong fan!). You’re awesome, and don’t your ever forget that!”
