Stuck in the 1950s
So listening to this podcast, I felt that it’s a very old fashioned. It was very obvious that it’s biased towards industrial, CAFO (concentrated animal feeding operations) given how the guests talk. This was very apparent when the subject of pasture raised or anything that’s not in a confinement building comes up. It was a disappointment to listen to and this podcast has certainly not come into this century. Speaking of, it’s literally like listening to the radio from the 1950s too. Audio is horrific, given how easily obtainable decent sound recording equipment is. The 1/3 of the show I have to skip through due to commercials that are in 3-5 minute blocks is the same way. Ultimately, would not recommend to anyone. There a lot of better podcasts out there that focus on raising poultry, both in a farm setting and in the backyard.

All that after...Read full review »
