Enjoyable but has issues
This is a nice show to learn about cooking and just chill out. I love how long the episodes are and the low stakes. They cover tons of interesting and funny topics. However, as other reviewers have pointed out, Chris often talks over and down to people he is interviewing or working with. I don’t doubt his knowledge, but it is not enjoyable to listen to condescension. Advice and expertise can easily be communicated without rudeness. Most of this podcast is lovely, but some parts aren’t pleasant.

More reviews of Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Radio
I thoroughly enjoy the weekly podcast. Chris Kimball is why I listened to ATK and now that he has his own venture, I'm following it. I don't know what happened at ATK but as far as I'm concerned, I'm done with it. Milk Street is where it's at now.Read full review »

I can not deny that Chris Kimball is a really good podcast host and interviewer. I used to find his viewpoint a tad condescending and western-centric, but I have not noticed this in his radio or tv shows since he started Milk Street. So that’s great! Glad to have Chris back!
