Dhagarwara means Winter in the Dhurga Language of Aunty Brenda’s mob, and in Winter the Lyrebird sings all day long. In this episode, kids will hear a story about the Lyrebird that teaches us about sharing and looking after each other. We'll also visit Great Granny Brown's for bunaan, ceremony, and sing-along to Aunty Brenda’s song Dhagarwara.

We imagine footprints in the sand in Wreck Bay as we hear the bass clarinet and bongos create a rhythm that sounds like footsteps, and children can sing-along to Aunty Brenda’s song.

With the help of her excited friend Carlos the Crow, Kirra gets ready to leave Rottnest Island.
