“The philosophy of this podcast is pretty solid. My only issue is with the idea from the Matheny Manifesto that parents and players to be “silent” on the sidelines. In my opinion it’s old school mentality like this that is keeping the game of baseball from progressing to new heights. As long as the people on the sidelines encourage with positivity, I don’t care how loud they get. It makes it more fun for everyone. Also don’t really understand how a lefty thrower at an infield position is “dangerous” to them at the lower levels… because it’s not”
