Brutal
Hays interrupts her guests way too much, and interjects her opinions way too much. Nothing more infuriating than tuning in for a valuable guest, and getting mostly Hays' opinions as usual. Also, poor Vonnie Quinn really struggles to add value. She stammers out questions to guests, and cuts off their answers when they are trying to complete a thought. She and Kathleen would both do better to talk less and allow the guests to share their insights uninterrupted. The worst is when they tell the guest, "Only 10 seconds left…" and ask for his/her opinion on something that deserves a complete answer, not a tiny soundbite. Note: I'm sure Kathleen and Vonnie are very nice people. I'm just giving my 2 cents as a hedge fund manager who wants to hear the guests speak.
