Bloated Mess
Seems Coe got popular at podcasting before he got good at podcasting and his art suffers. The little bad habits from the decent first season, tangentially related and overly long song clips along with using random asides as story hooks, are blown up in the second as he's yet to embrace editing and overall makes it completely unlistenable. College course in country music? More like a college freshman's thin, secondary research based attempt at an essay.Read full review »

As a first time podcast subscriber, I am pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying Cocaine & Rhinestones! I have listened to all 3 episodes multiple times and have excitedly shared them with my family members. I can’t wait until episode # 4!
