Exceptional Series
This is a very sad story and I have awaited each episode anxiously. I knew the story from the media coverage but always wanted to know more. This podcast has filled in many missing areas...but just like for everyone else, we still haven’t found Susan. This tragic story rang very true to my own. I was married for 27 years to mentally abusive alcoholic narscissist. He moved me and our 5 month old to a city where we knew no one, far from home. It wasn’t long before he threatened to take me down town and “dump me”. I would never see my son or my family again. That kept me under control for a long time. After our son graduated from high school I fled. I gave up much $ and materialistic items. I felt he was going to harm me physically—it was a gut instinct. I’m so grateful I trusted it. Lots happened that I don’t need to go into. But even after 20 years this story still gives me chills down my spine. Josh acted so much like my ex. So scary! At the end of every podcast when Dave says, If you are in an abusive relationship... I say a prayer for those abused women out there that feel trapped and don’t know how to get out. God Bless you Dave Cawley for all you have done to bring the world this tragic story. God Bless the Cox’s and all the rest of Susan’s friends and family. May Susan and her boys Rest In Peace.

There is NO one likable so far. Even...Read full review »
