Susan chats with her friend, Keiona Jackson, who is a marvelous chef in Oxford, MS. She says she is proud to be the first African American chef in the town and is thankful her business has flourished despite Covid. She is chef of the Green Rood Lounge and owner of Kei Gourmet.
