“Branching off (haha) from the famous Ologies episode, I've been loving EVERY episode of Arbortrary! The amount of energy and excitement these two guys express over trees is contagious. I have learned so much, and only wish there was a huge backlog of episodes so I could listen all the time. I had so many "relatable experiences" just today: drove to Home Depot to get some Arborvitae for edging our yard, and felt oddly guilty and shameful in doing so. Then, on the drive home, I spotted my first Monkey Puzzle tree!! And this was all while listening to the Lodgepole Pine episode. I live in the forest in western WA, and recently we have had several enormous trees fall and crush some of our stuff (a truck, part of a garage, and our shop), so I'm a little surprised to find so much love in my heart still for trees.
