“I have been listening to Andee & learning from her for a while now. I have read her book and listened to it in the audio form. I love her parenting program. I am a subscriber and follower of countless positive parenting/connected parenting coaches/trainers and Andee is one of my favorite. She has the ability to understand and relate to everyone. She is always easy to share things with and it never feels like she is judging you in any way. She really breaks things down into smaller actionable steps so you are able to really look at any situation and truly understand what is going on and what needs to be done to make real change. It takes some time to just get yourself to stop or slow down in the moment when parenting, especially when you may have a neurodivergent child, or other possible added challenges but every situation that is happening in your life (whether it be a positive situation or a negative one can be broken down with the STEAR model she uses and by doing that Andee is able to help people identify what thoughts they are having because of that and ultimately the emotions someone is having because of those thoughts. She really helps with small action steps which I’m sure makes things easier for everyone, I know as someone with ADHD life is so much easier when things are broken into manageable chunks. By listening to and learning from Andee I am able to start doing that myself. This is definitely one of my best and favorite parenting resources. I recommend for anyone who has a child in their life and really all the information is helpful for all relationships in your life! I’m always happy to share resources or quotes that I learn from parenting experts but now is the chance for anyone to gain the knowledge easily!!”
