We get deep into the understanding that if you can not truly appreciate the small things in your life, there is no way that you could appreciate the big things. How this simply fact goes deep into the love that you see within yourself and then that love is what allows you to see the love in your external world as well. there are an infinite amount of experiences you could be having in each moment, it depends on what state of being you are holding within yourself that will determine what you see outside of yourself. This makes "be the change you want to see" very literal. you have to embody what you want to experience before you can actually open it up in your external world.
