Several million people, myself included, I fell in love with today's podcast guest around the same time - when a poem he wrote and published to his Facebook page went viral. It began, "my brain and heart divorced a decade ago over who was to blame about how big of a mess I have become.."  and we could all relate.  This father of three and stand-up comic had turned to writing some years earlier to try and sort out the tsunami of anxious thoughts that threatened to overtake him and carry him...

Impactful author, Mitch Albom, comes alongside today with some powerful messages of hope and healing. His last two books, "Finding Chika", and, "The Stranger In The Lifeboat", are inexorably tied, the first about the grief of losing his daughter, and the second, about healing. The drifting lifeboat a metaphor for desperation, of crying out to God for help, (and demanding the cry be answered with the swiftness and accuracy of a fast food order). Mitch and his wife, Janine, have dedicated...
