Listen in folks!
Emma Abrahamson’s podcasts and YouTube videos are the sort of thing that should be filling your screen time. As I’ve been working to improve myself as a runner in high school that’s been running for nearly a decade I’ve found that there’s obviously still very many things to be learned about running and these podcasts are a great source for running, nutrition, body positivity, and positive mindset information. I love listening to this podcasts when I’m by myself on runs, working out, or at work. I would recommend this podcast to all runners, and would insist that this is great for all female athletes, especially young girls that have struggled with adjusting to their bodies in the sports world. So...just give it a listen, you won’t regret it :)

Love love love this podcast. Im actually not a runner but a cyclist that races road, track and cyclocross and I’m going into my senior year of high school. On the side I also do cross country running but it’s not my main sport. I still find so much value, fun and learning in this podcast.

There is no fear around discussing uncomfortable topics, a lot of which people have probably never talked about themselves or even heard about. Her honesty and vulnerability to discuss these things have really opened my eyes...Read full review »
