“Emma Abrahamson’s podcasts and YouTube videos are the sort of thing that should be filling your screen time. As I’ve been working to improve myself as a runner in high school that’s been running for nearly a decade I’ve found that there’s obviously still very many things to be learned about running and these podcasts are a great source for running, nutrition, body positivity, and positive mindset information. I love listening to this podcasts when I’m by myself on runs, working out, or at work. I would recommend this podcast to all runners, and would insist that this is great for all female athletes, especially young girls that have struggled with adjusting to their bodies in the sports world.
