Long run ear fodder!
Love these! Listen to them whilst out on long runs and find the topics relevant, informative and also entertaining. Makes the miles much more bearable!

Great running soundtrack!
I really enjoy listening to this while I’m out on a run. Charlie has a really good variety of guests and asks interesting, practical questions. It’s a mine of information for keen runners, I particularly enjoyed the episodes with Elise Downing and Sophie Power. Thanks Charlie!
