Connection Through Cuisine
As a mom of five shared sons, I’m grateful to have found the Cooking With Teens podcast! I can attest to the learning within this show, that teens connect with parents much better when we are in creative mode. There is no better connection than exploration through food, and time spent together creating something new for dinner. Side benefits are the major moments of relaxing and connecting over shopping and. chopping. Anca has a great presence and openly shared why this topic matters for her family. It’s not about talking grades and games. It’s about the choice to make the kitchen a chill zone where leadership and confidence is the ala carte by-product of time spent bonding over recipes. Major moments of joy while making messes. Check out the free download “21 Tips to get Your Teen in the Kitchen”.
