“To the person looking through reviews deciding whether they will listen, here’s some context about me. I am a die hard traditionalist Tridentine mass going Roman Catholic. I am also a die hard musician and an avid listener of rock, punk rock, and alternative. Skillet is a band I have listened to since I was a teenager and while I’ve always enjoyed their music, I’ve always appreciated how genuine and authentic each band member is. John is a very open and articulate defender of the Christian faith and I think he eloquently introduces listeners to complicated and controversial theological/cultural topics in a way that is both accessible and insightful. It’s also just an entertaining podcast all around. My three favorite podcasters are Timothy Gordon (R4R) , Matt Fradd, and Cooper Stuff. Highly recommend giving John a listen!”
