Help as you heal

I stumbled across this podcast when I was going through a very painful period after being ghosted by a man I was dating. The guests are full of useful information to help you work through your confusion and grief. The host clearly understands the trauma of ghosting and approaches the subject in a compassionate way so you do not feel judged. A fantastic listen as you are moving through your healing process.
