Mankind, unfortunately, is a warring species. The Marechal De Saxe said, “The human heart is the starting point of all matters pertaining to war.” There’s a bent in us toward war and conflict, God knows that. If left to ourselves, we’d self-destruct. Jesus Himself alluded to the fact that if He did not intervene at the end of the age, no flesh would be saved. Chuck Pierce recently prophesied that, “The gods of war have been unleashed” and we’re seeing this unfold before our eyes. The war in Ukraine shifted something in the realm of the spirit and we’ll see an escalation of conflict in the years ahead.
