“Huge fan of this podcast. I am a true crime journalism aficionado - I’ve watched all the shows, listened to all of the podcasts that exist. I have a journalism background myself and am a tough critic. This is among the best of the best. Delia and her team are top notch investigators, storytellers and producers. I can’t get enough. And to see the ch age they’ve been able to affect - that’s good journalism.
This one is also special to me as OBX (Nags Head and KDH in particular) has been near and dear to me all my life: my family spent every summer there for over 30 years (pretty certain we were in OBX on July 13, 1997); I was married at Marshes Light in Manteo 10 years’ ago; we still visit at least four times a year with my parents who are homeowners there; my brother lived and worked there for a few years and met his now wife (who grew up in Kitty Hawk).
Just finished season 1 and can’t wait to put my kids to bed, so I can dig into season 2. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this podcast!”
