“I listen to everything from Audiochuck and all of the podcasts are at the top of my podcast “must listen” list but Counter Clock has become my favorite. I binged the entire podcast over the Memorial Day weekend and I’m just a few episodes away from the end of the last season and I’m already jonesing for the next 1. I absolutely love that Delia will continue to research and investigate even after it looks like there is nothing else to find out about the case. And she always uncovers something. The fact that she will stand up to the law enforcement agencies and their experts while fighting for the victims
and the people that loved and lost them is refreshing and heartfelt. The bias, shortcomings, self serving and uncaring attitudes of some of the law enforcement agencies that she also investigates while looking at these crimes left me saddened and extremely angry. She is fair, determined, intelligent and, most importantly, she really cares. The world needs more people like her. If anything ever happens to me, I want her on my case! Keep it up, Delia!
FYI, because of this podcast, I now have a healthy distrust of law enforcement agencies and all of the departments that assist them in investigating these crimes as well as their motives. While I know that there are truly good people in law enforcement who want nothing more than to find the person that is guilty of taking the life of another person, I also know that there are others, maybe higher up, that just want the cases closed no matter what and, thank God, there are people like Delia that shine a light on the injustices caused by this.”
