“I really like this show. I want to like it more. It’s well-researched and narratively structured, but they can’t mic an interview. You can’t just put a recorder on a table in a conference room with no carpet. It’s sounds terrible and gives me a headache trying to differentiate between the audio with such heavy reverb and the well-recorded host. Please get an audio engineer who understands on-site recording and/or can take the reverb out in post. The Castro episodes were very difficult to listen to because of the interviews.”
