Lauren Graham is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed chemical dependency counselor (LCDC), and Art Therapy Registered Provisional (ATR-P) in Houston, TX. Lauren specializes in utilizing creative and art therapy-based interventions with children and adolescents. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Master's in counseling and attained a post-graduate certification in Expressive Arts Therapy from Prescott College in Arizona. With a passion for creativity and love for sharing, Lauren created an Art Therapy website called, The Primed Canvas. Her website is a creative community and a place to share art therapy directives with other therapists who share a love for the creative process. The Primed Canvas is the home of a colorful art therapy blog series called Art Therapy Rx/ Arteterapia Rx. It is a bilingual blog series that provides free resources for licensed therapists in English and Spanish. In 2020, Lauren launched an apparel and accessories shop that donates a percentage of sales to creative non-profits!
