I wanted to like this podcast…
I listened to a couple episodes & liked the content, though both hosts speak very quickly (like Gilmore Girls) so the show feels rushed; was a little overwhelming. I still liked the content…until I got to the Susan Powell episode. The hosts give inaccurate information about the case that is extremely important. They were blaming the social worker for the children’s deaths, saying she didn’t act quick enough. Actually, she called 911 immediately when she smelled gasoline. The 911 operator was the problem - he wasn’t taking her seriously, making fun of her & that the situation wasn’t a “real” emergency. The call is extremely frustrating to listen to. If the hosts had properly researched, watched interviews of her (specifically with Chris Cuomo) & listen to the 911 call they would’ve known it was NOT the social worker’s fault. She was also injured from the blast. I’ve worked for Children Services & know they’re always understaffed. I guarantee you the social worker asked for help & there wasn’t anyone to go with her. She couldn’t have predicted the father would kill his own children. To the hosts - please research appropriately & provide accurate information. Don’t blame people who were doing their jobs and trying to help.

I am religious but BY NO MEANS perfect, out of respect you should stop using Jesus and Gods’ names in the same sentence as f**king and other super crass words. Other than that the content is decent, sometimes a little too off...Read full review »

First listen was Jodi arias and they throw out so much inaccurate info. She keeps referring to Jason as “Alexander” which I think is disrespectful. No confidence in these ladies so far. And they put a disclaimer at the beginning of the episode about what I’m about to hear.slow down girl! You’re...Read full review »
