A joy to listen to

Leda is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does. I am not new to CrossFit, but I started when I was 53. I remember how intimidating it was at first. I wish I had been listening to Leda talk about CrossFit then. She talks about how doable it is for anyone. So many podcasts are focused on elite athletes, but Leda talks about the experiences of women like me. I look forward to every episode.

I’m just starting weight training/CF at 54 and I find your content very helpful & encouraging! I feel that it has definitely helped with some of my perimenopause symptoms and I feel like my mental health is improving as much as my physical fitness. Great podcast

Thanks for bringing us this podcast. Older CF females need to hear this. I love CF and have realized I don’t have to compete with the 20-30 yr olds in our box. I now go in and do my workout to my best ability, aiming to improve as I go! Sounds like you will be a great coach too!
