Ditch the airheady cohost
I loved Paper Ghosts. M William Phelps conveys genuine knowledge and sincerity. However, the cohost of this new podcast needs to go. To Phelps and partner: you say the right friendly chitchat but it feels fake. You guys don’t have natural chemistry and it’s obvious “Everett” was plucked from some stable of “youthful-sounding female potential podcasters” somewhere and you can barely conceal your contempt for one another. Even when you attempted to give the backstory of how you decided to do the podcast together, there was just nothing there. You obviously have no real history together. Everett sounds so dumb talking about the OJ Simpson trial

Can’t wait to listen to All of this cast. Really dug paper ghost but was bummed when it was done. This is going to be good.

So I’m a huge Paper Ghosts fan and I love that I can still listen to Phelps weekly. I love his voice and I love the banter with producer. She is a great addition to the episodes. I love you M. William Phelps!

It’s minimizing her role and shows a little...Read full review »
