Ok for passive intake in some subjects - but some subjects unbearable
Let me start by saying that this podcast is super helpful for passively listening and learning in some random subjects. ButIt is totally dependent on who is narrating the chapter. The podcast is narrated by random medical students, and some if not most of them read as if they have never done so before. They will pause in the middle of sentences, inflect things in very confusing ways, and all in all make it incredibly difficult to actually absorb knowledge from this podcast. I would say only use as background noise in preclin studying when you’re doing a first run of material. Not useful for actual step studying.

It’s an excellent resource to stay connected with the step1 relevant material while I went for a run or walk. That’s the best part- you can listen to anytime anywhere and still feel like you are studying.
