“I’ve always been a fan of the macabre, the bizarre - those fringes in history that are just so juicy that you wanna take a bite. This show scratches an itch deep within my soul that I didn’t know I had (is that normal?) The dynamic of these hosts is undeniable and instantly charming. It’s a perfect runtime, excellently researched, and good Lord the puns are on a different place of existence. This podcast is the top 1% of quality - the upper echelon of production value that’s only known by your NPR’s of the world. Every once in a while I think to myself, “wouldn’t it be so fun if I was there with them?! Adding to the witty banter and slaying the audience with my AWESOME jokes?” And then I realize, it would never work. These people maneuver conversation with an elegance that’s unknown to me, and I’m alright with that. So now I’m sitting here, staring at my phone and waiting for the next episode to hit publish. Thank you all for this blessing of a podcast.”
