On this week’s Cut to the Race, Oli is joined by Abby, James and Sam as they interview a very special guest, Alex Brundle. Having a former F1 driver and current pundit for a father in Martin Brundle, Alex is well-known in the Motorsport world. As well as having a famous name, Alex has competed in many racing series and also commentates on Formula 2 and Formula 3. On the show, he speaks about his many races in the Le Mans 24 hour including his first time in the race, which saw him partner Lucas Ordóñez and his father. Alex talks about the experience and also the technical workings of LeMans. The panel ask him about racing in general including his favourite tracks and the challenges he faces moving from series to series. With racing being only half his career, Alex discusses his commentating career, the highs and lows, how he ventured into the industry and what his future looks like.
