Great podcast highlighting the less covered part of the sport. I love listening on my runs and learning about the runners to compete in college for the love of the sport! Great podcast to listen to anywhere!

Just found this podcast and listened to the series on the Cortland dynasty from a couple years ago. It brought back great memories of my brief time there on the men’s team. It did a great job of explaining Jacks understated brilliance. Winning a “Good Dog” award from Jack is probably my most...Read full review »

As a former D3 runner and running enthusiast, I really enjoy hearing stories and discussion not only about the sport of running but about the comradery, determination, and sportsmanship of D3.

Great podcast all about Grinnell College running - wait, no. About all other D3 schools other than Grinnell. Still fun.

I think the reason I love this podcast so much (besides the hosts being really funny) is that these runners have an underdog journey or take a different path to achieve their goals. As someone who got into running later in life, but wants to keep chasing down PRs, it’s relatable. The...Read full review »

After an old coach posted her episode of the podcast I followed the rest of the Cortland episodes. Loved getting to hear Jack’s voice again. He coached me for a few years at Wells, now I’m in my first year of coaching cross country at my local middle school. A great reminder of the glory days for...Read full review »

This is an amazing podcast. So many times you only hear about D1 athletes. People don’t realize that division is about school not the athletes talent! Love to hear so many great stories and D3 athletes becoming professional runners. Great to hear from the coaches prospective!

Any anyone who wants to know why D3 is special and produces future community leaders, they should listen to the life lessons shared in this podcast. When a high runner thinks it is “D1 or bust”, conversations like these can be enlightening and guide thoughtful decision making.
