What do you do when your dynamic has become “every day”. The pull of the normative is strong. For those of us who have lived in non-normative relationships for years, and have spent years developing our relationship(s) it can be easy for our brains to fall into a normative mindset. Perfect timing.
I’ve long felt unsatisfied with what many ‘normies’ would consider a ‘perfect’ relationship. For a long time I felt there was something wrong with me. Why couldn’t I just be happy?
I’ve known myself to have kinky flare and interests and have had opportunities to explore secular alleys , but there was always fleeting interest in my partner which left me feeling high and dry. Rehearsing my narrative of I should be happy with being in what anyone would consider a healthy relationship.
After listening to this podcast I reflected on myself and thought back through even times in childhood that have stuck with me and looked for connections. Looked for commonalities in the events, thoughts and actions that have taken place in my life as I’ve matured over the years.
This process led to a chain of emotional self discoveries of what I’ve been missing. I’m so elated and lacking of doubt of what foundations I need in a partner. I need to be needed. I need to provide and share all of my love. I need to explore and live a life without hesitation and adventure. I need a partner who is looking to build a foundation of mutual growth and love through consensual and safe control and submission. And not just when the moment is right, but as a lifestyle that is foundational for the both of use to feel whole.
Although the podcast hasn’t had a new episode since last year I hope Daddy knows that he helped another Daddy accept who he is and begin is journey trekking forth finding his forever little girl.
