Head back to the previous three episodes to hear the same stuff all over again with more ads. Suckers.

Having listened to Garden of Eden and now this it seems he has form for showcasing the grief of families who can’t accept official outcomes. Which is fine if there’s a subsequent investigation and not just having the poor bereaved family member go over and over why they don’t believe that their...Read full review »

This podcast is disappointing. You Can’t tell a story and only interview one of the two family members. The medium talked about in this pod cast needs to pull his head in and not abuse a situation of two sisters where there is obvious conflict. This girl sounds very unwell and sounds like she...Read full review »

Feel really sorry for the family but it’s pretty obvious this wasn’t a murder.

I understand that this was only one side of the story but I don’t think you can tell a “TRUE CRIME” podcast based on that one side. At multiple points the daughter and her husband make vague accusation pointing at persons outside this narrative but there needs to be someone asking questions of...Read full review »

Belinda I hope you find some answers. Your courage and commitment toward an understanding. given the circumstances, are commendable. I sincerely hope this podcast encourages others who know something to come forward.

What a great way to tell your story Belinda! Your so brave and I couldn’t imagine what your going through. I’m sure that you will have all of Australian behind you once ppl listen to your story. There’s always hope and I’m sure you will get the answers you deserve keep fighting and stay brave.

Such an awful story, I can hear the pain in this podcast. Well done to the host I think he has done an excellent job of capturing this raw and emotive story.

Sad
I have a lot of empathy for this family, it’s terribly sad. It’s only natural to want to seek answers and look at all kinds of things that may have happened. I do wonder though, if a combination of our (terrible) mental health system and mismanagement of people with chronic health/pain conditions...Read full review »

Listening to the podcast the story did not develop with any evidence of a murder. I feel for this family with the disappearance of a much loved Dad. Often people have committed suicide and the family have found this very hard to accept as there have not been any talk of sucide , but it often is...Read full review »

I could not stop listening to this podcast. The raw emotion from Belinda made me cry. I can’t imagine losing both parents in the manner in which she has lost hers. I look further to future updates and I hope the truth comes to light.

Although a very sad and perplexing story I thoroughly enjoyed how this was presented. Very heart wrenching. My thoughts are with the family of Jorn.

My heart goes out to Belle. I, too, lost both my parents relatively close in time and that is hard enough. I can’t imagine adding in not knowing where one of them is or what happened. I hope someone comes forward with some info to help answer her questions. Thank you for doing the work for her...Read full review »

Not clear what the issues are with how fast people speaking - think that might be listeners not used to Australian accents but it’s perfectly clear and it’s a sensitive and sad look into reality of a family member disappearing.
Cumulus49 via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 02/06/21
I desperately hope you find out what happened to Belles dad. I can’t imagine what it would feel like to have no closure. No problems with the sound at all.

This is about the fifth podcast I’ve listened to, where most likely common sense, boring answer to someone’s disappearance is cast aside and turned into a possible murder mystery! I keep waiting for there to be an ah-ha moment that turns this story around. Sadly I don’t think its coming. I feel...Read full review »

A great story and very well told. I saw an earlier comment about the lady talking to fast. What can you expect when the interviewee is very emotional
babba 76 via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 02/02/21
Don’t know why ppl are complaining about the sound but I hope that whoever knows what happened to Jorn comes forward, Belinda and her family deserve justice in this unexplainable mystery :( can’t imagine losing both my parents Belinda, I’m praying for you ❤️❤️

The interviewee talks too fast and makes it hard to follow the story. Please slow down the speed of her recording. It will make it much easier to follow and also feel less manic.
yheal via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 01/31/21
Could have been captivating but the interviewing is really poor quality. Narrators voice so monotone and and sounds really inexperienced in this format.

Tebetha, I think you may have pushed the 1x or 2x button on the bottom of the player on Apple Podcasts. This podcast plays at normal speed for me. I really enjoyed it.

Ok, so 1 min in to the first episode. What’s with the speed of this podcast? Casefile has slowed his podcast to the point of sounding robotic, and this podcast sounds like everyone has been sped up to the point of sounding like they’re on speed. How do you guys release this not realising this? I...Read full review »
