“The fact that so many reviewers have pointed out the difficulty they are having accessing the Word of God with this app and that the developers have chosen not to fix it—doesn’t that reflect the struggles of the church in America right now? It seems reasonable to expect that people who are seeking the daily lectionary readings are most in need of the readings for TODAY—not some day next month. It is possible to modify the way the content is presented to make today’s readings more easily visible at the top of the list. Why wouldn’t you just make that change?
This is one of many lifelines that I have been trying to grab in order to stay connected to the Catholic faith. Please just toss it a little bit closer!”
