“Giving 3 stars because the earlier episodes were great. I understand the reasons for Scott leaving, but him and Mike had great chemistry and the episodes were the perfect balance of dark and light. The new host, Mathew, is so unbelievably dull. Originally i disliked that he didn’t give any input, but now he’s started to, i wish he didn’t. Maybe, being English, i am particularly against him because of his constant droning on about having lived in England but then all his information about the country is incorrect! But, Mathew aside, the rest of the podcast has gone downhill. The latest stories lack substance, are poorly researched, and full of “fluff” rather than actual facts. Final insult to injury is 3 episodes on UFOs! I agree with other reviews that Mike seems to make everything about him, and if you’re a member of the podcast fan Facebook page, you can see his narcissism out in full force.”

“Dark Poutine covers some really difficult cases with great respect and commentary. I often find myself commenting or nodding along with the hosts. The calm and well spoken presentation really suits the cases and the quality is fantastic. A must listen.”
