Ugggggh
Mostly good. I listen to reminisce about a childhood favorite. Julia and Erin do well dissecting the weekly melodrama of Dawson, Joey, Pacey and Jen. I love the insight into the minds of 3 of the 4 main characters. Sadly it’s become a bit of a hate listen for the oddly aggressive takes towards Dawson. And look, I think he’s a ****head too but the critique of him is far too harsh. On my rewatch, I’ve found myself looking forward to the moments where Dawson is actually the victim and how it will be spun as his fault by Erin. 5 stars for that.
Not that great
I’m just getting into this show and whilst I love it and do see why it was popular when it was on, I feel like Erin and Julia are taking this way too seriously and are equating Dawson to like some weird white supremacy which makes no sense and they go on these tangents about guys for no reason and think every white guy is privileged and rich which is a very close minded way to look at people. Love the show, but this podcast isn’t for me
I like it
After getting used to both ladies using a massive amount of filler words (like, you know, etc…) it got better and now I listen to it everyday. It’s good !
