In this episode, I talk about how to build a watchlist during premarket hours. The watchlist is based on several criteria such as price, float size, volume, catalyst, and daily chart. We use a gap-up scanner to search through the thousands of stocks in the stock market to narrow the list out based on our criteria. I then further narrow the list by analyzing the daily chart and premarket action. I also discuss my quick trade on $LK which was a washout long setup.

In this episode, I talk about short squeezes. What are short squeezes and how do they happen? It is important to understand how to read the Level 2 and Time&Sales to figure out how to trade these small cap stocks. As a long bias trader, you should also take into consideration how other traders such as shortsellers are thinking and understand the psychology of their trading. You can use this knowledge to your advantage to predict and profit on short squeezes when they happen. This is just the basics that I discuss, there is a lot more that goes into the process.
