“I've been a fan of this show for years.
Great show overall. Both funny & informative. But what's really unique here is the wide mix of tastes on the hosting panel. They all disagree all the time, but that's what makes it interesting.
Mike Kalinowski is the best one. He's the DC super-fan of the group, very knowledgeable of all aspects of DC history, from the comics to the games to the movies. I appreciate his positivity and genuine love for all things DC. The episodes where he's not on are relatively almost not worth listening to; that's how good he is.
Roxy is the super-fan of the TV-related stuff, such as the CW & Fox TV shows. She has some interesting mixed views on the movies and isn't afraid to voice them.
Jonny is the least outwardly opinionated, but seems to generally enjoy most things.
Adam is the naysayer of the group. He spreads negativity. He's the one who keeps bringing up all the harsh criticisms and bad rumors, i.e., DC is in trouble! They need to course correct! It's a sinking ship, etc. He's been repeating the Ben-Affleck-is-quitting-as-Batman rumor so many times, it's pretty much a weekly segment. But I get that his inclusion keeps the discussion going. He's not all bad though. The guy's pretty hilarious and an entertaining presence on the show.”Read full review »
