Too much irrelevant prattle!
This could be great if the female presenter would stop whittering on about themes ad nauseam - the actual movie gets about a third of the air time whilst she prattles on about some deep theme and message that was probably never there on the first place. She’ll give endless examples from other movies and books with no evidential basis for the fact that this is what the director intended. It appears no director ever shoots a single action in a scene without wanting it to communicate something erudite and meaningful - no director seems to have been in the, er, entertainment business. She’ll tell us all about what was in their heads - again with no evidential basis. She just seems to think she’s being so clever and “gets it” on our behalf. The irony is some of her observations are so off that I’ve been left with the impression she herself is just not very bright herself. If she’d just shut up more and actually parse the movie in front of her without endless tangent and reading of meaning into every blink of an eye they could have a decent pod. But it’s just beyond irritating as it is.

The Dead Meat YouTube channel is my absolute favorite channel! Chelsea and James are awesome and the Kill Count is so entertaining. I can’t wait to hear these two go in depth about movies that I love and movies I have yet to see! Much love from Texas!
