Listen now
Description
Series - Part 3 Previously I recorded an episode on 10-minute training which was well received by many of you! This is the next part! What will you train on? What topics will you cover? Often topics are reactive to problem situations going on during the sales process or a heat case. All good and I challenge you to explore other ways to teach your team new skills. Even if you aren't a manager and you are reaching to that next level, you can do these activities with self. Think about where he majority of traffic that comes into the store comes from? Most would say inbound calls and internet leads.  Tools that reinforce your training meetings: Flip chart paper with sticky backs, recorded calls, handouts i.e. process steps, goals, worksheets, colored markers, motivational video clips (YouTube), visual aids, beach ball for objections, gamification i.e.Kahoot subscription, CRM, sales process videos, gif's and meme's, ChatGPT, books, sales paperwork write-ups... Contests are also a great way to end your meeting to launch your next meeting. This inspires everyone and inspires creativity while competing to win with user rated winners! Challenges and activities in teams creates a safer environment to learn. Learn activities in this episode to implement. Small prizes also help encourage fun while learning. Think about building trust and confidence from your team members. You want to do these things to encourage dynamic learning and strengthens camaraderie. Get your team members sharing their experiences and get everyone talking solutions! Peer to peer learning is so 2024! Have a speaker come in or Zoom in to boost variety in your meetings!  I also talk about leveraging books - audio or hardcover that will foster continuous learning practices!
