These 2 hosts are so easy to listen to and I’m in my 50’s and wish they had been around a long time ago as I have not developed the skills they talk about to get me through social situations! I’m in my 20s with Anxiety
This helps me and I was dealing with a lot of traumatic events and I don’t have a therapist because I was kicked out of the mental health office I went to go for mental health and I see how people are really evil. I don’t trust many people again and I was just getting over my anxiety.
