You spoke right to my heart.
Brian i has never even listened to a podcast before and to listen to yours was just amazing. I cried every episode. I felt your pain and your guests pain and sadness too. My parents died 12 weeks apart and it isn’t even the two year mark yet. I’ve had no counselling but I believe in talking. I talk about them all the time especially to my family and friends just like you have done. You just spoke right to my heart and it felt soothing and comforting. Grief is such a personal process and people just don’t get it until it happens to them. Well done for bringing this taboo subject right to the forefront! Fantastic 💞

Each episode is a rollercoaster of emotion but so worth a listen each and every time. Keep up the great work and continue the much needed conversations around grief 🙌🏻
