Listen now
Description
2 years ago, in one of the first Fishtales Seafood Podcast broadcasts, we caught up with Greenfish, a South African supplier of sustainable, fresh fish.  Born of Founder Ryan Nienaber's love for fishing and the ocean, Greenfish the family run business services restaurant, hospitality and wholesale seafood businesses with high quality, seasonal and locally-sourced seafood, much of it, literally caught on handline by Ryan. As the onset of covid ravaged the foodservice industry, Ryan and his team needed to move their business model to focus on the consumer market.  Today we catch up with him to hear how the past few years have treated him, how his catching and wholesaling business transitioned to serving home cooks and what will be on his dinner table this Christmas. https://greenfish.co.za Follow Fishtales, a Seafood Podcast on Instagram  https://www.instagram.com/fishtalesseafoodpodcast/ Follow John Susman  https://www.instagram.com/fisheads/?hl=en Follow Rob Locke (Executive Producer) https://www.instagram.com/foodwinedine/ Follow Huck (Executive Producer) https://www.instagram.com/huckstergram/ LISTEN TO OUR OTHER FOOD PODCASTS https://linktr.ee/DeepintheWeedsNetwork
