You spent the whole episode talking about and referring back to ‘your illness’ as if everybody knew what it was. Instead of assuming we all know everything about you, why don’t you tell us what you’re actually talking about, so that newcomers can comprehend the information and have some context.

My new favorite health and wellness podcast. Helps to wafe through all the pseudo-science ‘wellness’ mumbo jumbo. Reliable, accurate and really well produced.

Apart from Ella’s voice, which is totally soothing and relaxing to listen to, I am obsessed with all things discussed, raised, questioned and shared on this podcast. Wellness is a big topic, which has been picked apart, scrutinised and mythologized over and over. Ella’s personal relationship with...Read full review »

I didn’t discover this podcast until last year but it’s my favorite by far. I loved hearing Ella’s very sensible measured voice on wellness and the interesting array of guests. Other shows that are similar in this scientific based approach seen to be dominated by men so I really loved this one....Read full review »

I just wanted to say how much I’ve enjoyed season 9 of this podcast, especially episode 11. So unexpected and but so heartwarming. This podcast continues to inspire my own wellness journey and keep all my own struggles in perspective. Love Ella and what she is doing

Loved the episode with Jay, some really great quotes to live by in there. As someone who really struggles with self doubt/anxiety holding me back when doing new things.. that was super useful to reframe it all as not a problem but a spring board towards growth and development. Thank you :-)

This brand is fantastic. Thanks to Ella and her guests I’ve learned a lot on my own wellness journey. But please stop with the sneak previews, they clog up my podcast feed and are no way to treat loyal subscribers. We can honestly wait until podcast day. I love this podcast/Ella and have been an avid follower for years and years but this new format I feel is so disappointing. Nowhere near as interesting as the specialist guests they used to bring on weekly. Sorry but these celebrity tell all stories are dull. Bring back your old format please.

Ella Mills occupies a position of extreme privilege that is very rarely acknowledged. Taking into account her influence, it is worrying that topics are covered here in such a superficial way and guests are almost always speaking from the white wealthy position. Very few guests are of colour, from...Read full review »

Loved the old version. This is just rich kids talking about how they ‘found themselves’ thanks to having the money to pay for therapy and a load of alternative therapies that most people can’t afford. Very unrelatable. No take aways.

See my review from 2020 below… sadly I don’t feel this way anymore! Everything feels a bit unnatural and forced. Way preferred it when you had experts on. My absolute go-to podcast. Hate to say it as I love Ella but preferred the previous format. There are some good moments and Ella’s interview style is excellent however it’s people with podcasts interviewing other people with podcasts
PrimitivoFan via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/17/23
Long time listener and fan, and really disappointed in the new season format - just celebrities chatting to each other feels overdone and out of touch. I loved hearing from actual experts before - it was informative, interesting and educative. Please bring that back!

I’m a big fan of everything Deliciously Ella & this podcast has been my favourite for a long time but sadly the new format for season 9 with people’s personal stories, rather than experts giving advice isn’t for me. Really hope it reverts back to how it was for the next series.
EmLT30 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/13/23
I preferred the previous seasons with qualified experts. Not keen on celebrity, or the upper class London network all endorsing each other, no thanks. Don’t like the move towards spirituality, everyone has personal preferences on this.
RosemaryFI via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/08/23
Used to love this podcast very much but I’m not a big fan of the new format(s). It feels a bit all over the place and trying very hard to be something they’re not. Why change a running system?
