He is an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, an active member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, an associate member of the Brazilian Society of Aesthetic Dentistry, The American Prosthodontic Society, an honorary member of the Indian Academy of Restorative Dentistry, a past research associate for REALITY Research Lab and clinical associate for REALITY Publishing, also he has memberships in the International Association for Dental Research and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is an active consultant and product evaluator to several dental manufacturers in the area of new product development and refinement. He is an Assistant Professor, Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials, at the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental Branch at Houston, Texas. He has earned his fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Academy for Dental-Facial Esthetics. Dr. Terry is the founder and CEO of the Institute of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry. He maintains a private practice in Houston, Texas emphasizing aesthetic and restorative dentistry.
