This is a quick intro about why I'm doing the podcast and what it is and a clip from me when I was all sad and the devil had possessed me. 

In this episode I talk to my friend Karl and my brother Ben about what it was like for them trying to help me when I was all depressed.

After I got out of the treatment centre there was still a long way to go. But it was a squiggly upward curve. Lot's of darkness still, but lots of new amazingness.
