Enthusiastic Thoughtwork
I started listening to Natalie’s podcast when she began. Loved the enthusiasm and ideas she presented. She’s been presenting the same exact content as Brooke Castillo and I’m finding it very repetitive... same laugh, examples (blue hair). Today Natalie claimed to be a mental health expert. I really take issue with that. After doing the work of the Holistic Psychologist, who is indeed a mental health expert with a PsyD I’m seeing the difference in content and depth. Natalie please reel it in a bit, create your own examples and present more content than the primitive brain vs. pre-frontal cortex... it’s getting tiring and repetitive. Please expand on these basic teachings.
